Internet Explorer 8 is good in comparison to it's previous versions. Right now, my browser of choice is Google Chrome. it's blazing fast, there are some wonderful developer tools, and it now has extensions which make things wonderful.

Occasionally, I need to go back to Firefox to do some stuff with Firebug and more advance web development.

Internet Explorer 8 seems to be the best browser for me. I can open more than 20 windows simultaneously without crashing. IE7 and IE6 is unstable that if you open more than windows at a time it just freezes or causes the blue screen.

FYI, I have done my small part in the IE6 fight by adding some update message code from here: http://gist.github.com/88260

As a web designer I'm extremely happy with ie8 for one reason.

They fixed the padding and margin problems.

Now if I can get all the folks stuck on 6 and 7 to upgrade...a lot of those hacks go away.
